When your order is packed you will get a tracking code by email.
Are you not satisfied with a purchased item or is the size not right? Then you can easily return / exchange your order within 14 days of receipt. You will then receive the new desired item or your purchase price. The shipment must be sent in the original or other proper packaging. With this shipment you can add the form from your digital order confirmation or a handwritten note with your order name and whether you want to exchange or return.

The costs for returning are for the customer, unless it can be shown that the error was caused by us. In this case, we will reimburse you for the costs incurred. We advise you to return your order with a track & trace (PostNL mailbox package or package). The return shipment is for your own risk and own account. Own risk means that Femitique is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. In case of not or insufficient postage of your return, we are forced to collect the costs of the return of the return amount you receive.
